Depth of field: the amount of distance between the nearest and farthest objects that appear in acceptably sharp focus in a photograph.
Motion Blur: the apparent streaking of rapidly moving objects in a still image or a sequence of images such as a movie or animation.
Daguerreotype: the first publicly announced photographic process, and for nearly twenty years, it was the one most commonly used. It was invented by Louis-Jaques-Mandé Daguerre and introduced worldwide in 1839.
